A Memorial Celebration for Don Backe, founder and heart of Chesapeake Region Accessible Boating (CRAB) is planned for Sunday, June 23, beginning at 4 p.m. at the Port Annapolis Marina, located at 7074 Bembe Beach Road, Annapolis, 21403. The marina’s number is (410) 286-1215. Look for “Pavillion Parking” signs.
